If an item is in stock it will be posted within 2-5 working days. An email will be sent to confirm dispatch along with a tracking number to allow you to check on your item’s progress. If an item is not in stock it can take up to 4 weeks to supply.
If you require an item for a specific date please contact Lucy before ordering to ensure that your request can be met. Lucy will do her best to meet any deadlines.
For all shipping methods you will be contacted with the tracking number and notified when to expect it to arrive with you.
All items are posted to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Royal Mail Special Delivery is fully trackable and insured and guaranteed to arrive next working day from date of dispatch. Parcels are guaranteed to arrive by 1pm and require a signature: if there is no-one available to accept the parcel a calling card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery or collection.

Where are my goods?
If you have not received your goods within the specified lead-time, please contact Lucy and progress on your order will be checked. Please include as much information about the order as you can and the date the order was placed.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrectly supplied a repair or replacement service is provided. Please contact Lucy either by phone or email within 14 days of delivery of your order to arrange the return. Please note: the returns mailing address will be supplied to you in your delivery note and is not published online. You must return the item to Lucy within 21 days of delivery. Lucy will arrange a repair, replacement or exchange as appropriate. Refunds and exchanges are offered at Lucy’s discretion. Items must be returned new, unused, undamaged and with the original packaging. Please include your original receipt with your return.
Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches Lucy. Please ensure that any returned items are suitably packaged to protect them in transit. It is recommended that you use a Recorded or Special Delivery service to insure it against loss or damage. Postage will be refunded only if the item is faulty or an error has been made on Lucy’s part from the original order.
Lucy will contact you when a returned item has been received with an estimated processing time for your replacement, refund etc.
